CREDITS TERMS – OffLimits (EN, Master Version)
Version 1.0 — Global (EU / US / UK / International applicability)
1. Introduction
These Credits Terms (“Credits Terms”) govern how users (“you”, “user”) may purchase, use, and manage Credits within the OffLimits mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing or using Credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Credits Terms.
2. Definition of Credits
“Credits” in OffLimits are a virtual, non-monetary, non-redeemable digital feature that allows users to unlock certain premium actions or functionalities, including but not limited to:
Undo (reversing the last action),
premium highlight or visibility features (if introduced),
additional one-time or limited actions available in the App.
Credits are not a currency, do not hold monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
3. Use of Credits
Credits can only be used for:
unlocking designated features,
consuming actions available in the App,
instant activation upon use.
Once used, Credits cannot be reversed, refunded, or reclaimed.
4. Acquiring Credits
You may obtain Credits:
by purchasing them via the App Store or Google Play,
through promotional campaigns,
through bonuses or special reward bundles (when applicable).
The price for Credits is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Payments & Billing
Credit purchases are processed exclusively through:
Apple App Store (iOS),
Google Play Store (Android).
These platforms handle:
payment processing,
VAT/tax handling,
billing statements,
accepted payment methods.
We do not have access to your payment card or billing information.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refunds via App Store / Google Play
Any requests for refunds follow the policies of:
Apple App Store,
Google Play Store.
We cannot provide manual refunds for in-app purchases.
6.2 Credit usage refunds
Credits that are used, consumed, activated, or partially consumed:
cannot be refunded,
cannot be exchanged for any service,
cannot be transferred to another user.
7. Credit Expiration
Credits may come with an expiration date.
We reserve the right to:
assign expiration periods to Credits,
adjust promotional or bonus credit validity,
remove unused Credits from long-term inactive accounts (minimum inactivity: 12 months).
Users will be notified of major changes within the App.
8. Non-transferability
Credits:
cannot be transferred to another user,
cannot be gifted,
cannot be sold or traded,
cannot be used outside the OffLimits app.
Credits are tied to the user's account only.
9. Credits vs. Premium Subscription
Credits are separate from any Premium subscription plan the App may offer.
Purchasing Credits does not grant Premium access, and Premium subscription does not provide Credits unless explicitly stated.
10. Credit Restrictions for Misconduct
We may suspend or remove Credits without compensation if misuse or fraud is detected, including:
manipulating App behavior,
bypassing payment systems,
abusing promo codes or special offers,
creating multiple accounts for advantage,
fraudulent transactions.
We may also suspend or delete accounts involved in such behavior.
11. Technical Limitations & Outages
We are not responsible for:
server downtime or outages,
connectivity issues on the user’s device,
device incompatibility,
errors caused by third-party systems.
Credits used during outages cannot be refunded.
12. Price Changes
We may change:
the price of Credits,
the available bundles,
promotional or reward structures.
Price changes do not affect Credits already purchased.
13. Account Deletion & Credits
If you delete your account:
unused Credits are permanently lost,
there is no compensation for unused Credits,
Credits cannot be recovered or transferred to a new account.
14. Liability of the Operator
The operator:
is not liable for lost Credits due to improper user actions,
does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of credit-based features,
may discontinue the Credits system at any time.
Credits are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
15. Changes to these Credits Terms
We may update these Credits Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Credits Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Credits Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, as well as relevant EU and international regulations.
If differences occur between language versions, the English version prevails.
