TERMS OF SERVICE – OffLimits (EN, Master Version)

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between you (“user”, “you”) and the operator of the OffLimits mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, accessing the App, or continuing to use the App after updates to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately and request account deletion.
2. Identity of the Operator

The operator provides matchmaking and in-App communication services via the OffLimits mobile platform.
3. Minimum Age Requirement
The App may only be used by individuals 18 years of age or older.
Accounts belonging to minors are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to request proof of age or suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage users.
4. Account Creation & Registration
By registering, you confirm that:
all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date,
you are not impersonating another person,
you are not violating any law or these Terms.
We reserve the right to reject account creation if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login details,
all actions performed through your account,
protecting your device and credential information.
We are not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
6. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for any content you upload or share through the App, including:
photos,
profile information,
texts,
messages,
any material displayed in your profile or sent to others.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
nudity or sexually explicit material,
hate speech, violence, harassment, or abusive messages,
fraudulent or manipulative behavior,
extortion, threats, spam,
impersonation or fake profiles,
any content violating third-party rights,
deepfake images or altered identity content.
Violation may result in immediate account removal without a refund.
7. Content License
By uploading content, you grant the operator a:
non-exclusive,
worldwide,
royalty-free,
transferable,
license to use such content strictly for the purpose of providing and operating the App.
Your photos or profile will never be used for external marketing without your explicit consent.
8. User Interactions
The App enables:
viewing profiles,
expressing interest (likes),
matches,
text-based communication,
blocking other users.
We are not responsible for:
the behavior of other users,
messages exchanged between users,
damages resulting from interactions inside or outside the App.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
contact others to manipulate, scam, or request money,
impersonate others or create fake identities,
collect or harvest data from other users,
upload malware or harmful content,
use the App in a way that disrupts its function,
create multiple fake accounts,
use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts engaging in such behavior.
10. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
The App may offer:
in-App credits,
Premium subscription plans,
one-time purchases.
By using paid features, you agree that:
prices and availability may change,
subscriptions may auto-renew depending on platform policies,
refunds follow the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The operator cannot issue manual refunds for purchases made through App Store / Google Play.
11. User-Initiated Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the App or by contacting support.
Upon deletion:
you lose access to all data,
chat messages may be anonymized,
credits and subscription payments are not refundable.
12. Account Termination by the Operator
We may delete or suspend your account immediately if:
you violate these Terms,
you attempt fraudulent or illegal activity,
you harass or threaten other users,
you create fake profiles,
you misuse or attempt to manipulate the Service.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
13. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access to the App,
error-free operation,
compatibility with every mobile device.
Server maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our:

By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
15. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
you will use the App lawfully,
you bear full responsibility for your interactions with others,
you will not hold the operator liable for the conduct of other users.
16. Liability Disclaimer
The operator:
is not responsible for damages caused by interactions between users,
is not liable for user-generated content,
is not liable for emotional, financial, psychological, or physical harm related to dating,
is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
17. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify:
features,
interface,
functionality,
or availability of the App,
at any time, without prior notice.
18. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Significant updates will be communicated within the App.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, as well as applicable EU and international laws.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.
20. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be resolved:
informally through support,
or formally before a competent court in the Slovak Republic.
21. Limitation of Liability
The operator of the OffLimits application provides a technological platform that enables users to communicate and connect with each other. The user acknowledges and agrees that:
The operator is not responsible for the actions of users, their behavior, communication, decisions, or any interactions occurring within or outside the application.
The operator shall not be liable for any damages, harm, loss, emotional distress, financial loss, or conflicts arising between users while using the application.
The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or authenticity of any information provided by users in their profiles or messages, and is not responsible for such content.
Users are fully responsible for their own decisions, including the decision to meet another user in person. The operator does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the safety of such meetings.
The operator is not liable for technical outages or service interruptions that occur outside of its control, including outages of third-party servers, mobile networks, the App Store, or Google Play.
The application is provided “as is”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, unless required by applicable law.
In cases of suspected illegal activity, users are required to contact law enforcement authorities. The operator does not replace the police, legal services, or any official authority.
