PREMIUM / GOLD SUBSCRIPTION TERMS – OffLimits (EN, Master Version)
Version 1.0 — Global (EU / US / UK / International applicability)
1. Introduction
These Premium Subscription Terms (“Premium Terms”) govern how users (“you”, “user”) may purchase, access, and use the Premium subscription (“Premium”, “Premium Plan”) within the OffLimits mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”).
By activating a Premium subscription, you confirm that:
you have read these Premium Terms,
you understand them and agree to them,
you also agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Premium / Gold subscription
Premium / Gold is an optional paid enhancement that gives users access to additional features of the App.
Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
unlimited or extended Undo actions,
advanced or exclusive filters,
extended profile browsing options,
increased profile visibility,
improved matching priority,
any future Premium-exclusive features.
Premium features may be updated, removed, or replaced at any time.
3. Availability & Device Compatibility
Premium is available on:
Android devices,
iOS devices.
Not all Premium features must be available in all regions or on all devices.
4. Purchasing Premium
Premium can only be purchased through:
Apple App Store (iOS),
Google Play Store (Android).
These platforms manage:
payment processing,
billing statements,
applicable taxes,
accepted payment methods.
We do not process payments ourselves and do not have access to your card information.
5. Subscription Duration
Premium subscription options may include:
monthly plans,
quarterly plans,
yearly plans,
or additional variants available at the time of purchase.
Your Premium access begins immediately upon purchase and lasts for the selected subscription period.
6. Automatic Renewal
Depending on your App Store or Google Play settings, Premium may:
automatically renew,
charge you at the start of each new billing period,
continue until you cancel it manually.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through:
Apple Subscription Settings,
Google Play Subscription Settings.
We cannot cancel or modify your subscription on your behalf.
7. Price of Premium
The price of Premium:
is displayed within the App before purchase,
includes applicable taxes,
may change over time.
Price changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.
8. Refunds
Premium refunds are governed exclusively by:
Apple App Store refund policies,
Google Play refund policies.
The operator:
❌ cannot manually refund Premium payments,
❌ cannot alter billing information,
❌ cannot influence Apple or Google refund decisions.

9. Modifications of Premium / Gold features
Premium features may be:
improved or expanded,
temporarily suspended,
replaced with equivalent features,
permanently modified or removed.
Continued use of Premium / Gold after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Premium functionality.
10. Temporary Service Outages
The operator is not responsible for:
server downtime or outages,
user device malfunction,
maintenance-related downtime,
third-party system errors (Apple, Google, Firebase).
Temporary outages do not entitle the user to:
❌ refunds,
❌ subscription extensions,
❌ compensation of any kind.
11. Subscription Ownership & Transferability
Premium:
is tied to your OffLimits account,
cannot be transferred to another user,
cannot be shared or gifted,
cannot be merged across multiple accounts.
12. Relationship Between Premium and Credits
Premium:
does not include Credits, unless explicitly stated,
is a time-based enhanced feature set.
Credits:
are consumable single-use actions.
They are completely separate services.
13. Premium / Gold Suspension or Termination (User Misconduct)
Your Premium / Gold subscription may be suspended or terminated without refund if you:
violate the Terms of Service,
create fake profiles,
harass or threaten other users,
misuse App functionality,
engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Your account may also be suspended or deleted.
14. Cancellation by the User
You may cancel Premium / Gold at any time through:
your Apple account settings,
your Google Play account settings.
Upon cancellation:
Premium / Gold remains active until the end of the paid period,
no refunds are provided for partial months,
auto-renewal will be disabled.
15. Cancellation or Modification by the Operator
We may:
discontinue Premium / Gold,
modify Premium / Gold features,
change how the subscription functions.
Users will be notified of major changes within the App.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
All Premium features comply with:
the Privacy Policy,
GDPR,
ePrivacy regulations,
applicable international data protection standards.
No sensitive data will be shared externally without explicit user consent.
17. Changes to Premium / Gold Terms
These Premium / Gold Terms may be updated.
Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
Continued use of Premium / Gold after changes indicates your acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Premium Terms are governed by:
the laws of the Slovak Republic,
applicable EU regulations,
relevant international legal principles.
If contradictions arise, the English version prevails.
