🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. Choose one of the methods below to delete your OffLimits account.Two types of deletion are available:
• Full account deletion (this page) — permanently removes your entire OffLimits account along with all associated personal data.
• Selective data deletion — delete specific data (photos, bio, messages, matches, Secret Lover profile) without removing your account. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.
Option 1: In the App

Open the OffLimits app and go to the “My profile” screen.

In the top right area of the header, tap the Power button

A menu will slide out. Tap “Delete account”.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap “Delete” to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: Via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:
If you can’t access the app, send an email to our support team:
✉️ Send Deletion RequestIdentity verification: The deletion request must be sent from the email address registered with your OffLimits account. Requests from unverified addresses will be rejected.
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OffLimits → Cancel
We recommend cancelling your subscription before deleting your account.
What happens to your data after deletion
Immediately deleted: profile, photos, bio, matches, likes, messages, Secret Lover photos, credits, push notification tokens, location data, and all personal information visible to other users.
Retained for legal or safety reasons:
- Payment & transaction records — retained for up to 10 years as required by Slovak Act No. 431/2002 on Accounting and EU VAT regulations. These contain transaction metadata only — we never store your payment method details.
- Safety & moderation records — if your account was sanctioned for violating our Terms of Service or Child Safety Standards, a non-identifiable record may be retained to prevent re-registration.
- Encrypted backups — data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently purged.
- Anonymized audit logs — non-personally identifiable system logs may be retained indefinitely.
